Administrative and Pre-K through 5th Grade
We are blessed here at ACA to have faculty and staff who are not only talented, but also called by God to be here. Our staff consists of Godly women who long to serve the Lord by impacting the lives of His children in a postive, nurturing way.
Mrs. BettyJean Sweitzer, Administrator
"Armbrust Christian Academy has been a part of my life for fifteen years. Watching students grow in their walk with Jesus and excel academically is such a blessing. I first began as the computer teacher for 11 years and then became the Administrator. Being able to pray with the students and share my faith just makes my day. Each child is a precious treasure!"
Mrs. Lori Bulkoski, Administrative Secretary
"This school year is my 6th here at ACA. My two sons attend school here. My favorite thing about working at ACA is being able to help out students, parents, and teachers in any way I can. The thing that blesses me most is being able to hear the students start out their day by calling out 'Be a blessing' in answer to the greeting 'Be blessed'."
Mrs. Martha (Martie) Sanner, Bible
"I believe every child can learn. It's up to us to find out the best way to instill that learning. I love being a part of shaping a child's mind, body and soul. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing the light in the children's eyes when they learn something for the first time."
Mrs. Brenda Stull, Kindergarten
"I believe that students can and will suceed when teachers meet the students where they are academically and instruct them accordingly. There is a greater possiblility of success when teachers and other school professionals include parents in the framework of their child's education. I believe my teaching position is God ordained. I consider it a blessing to teach children curriculum that is Christ centered. On a personal note: I transferred my teenage sons to ACA and that is the best decision I made as a parent."
Ms. Tracy Guardesoni, 1st Grade
"I have been in education for 7 years. This is my 2nd year at ACA and the warm, Christian atmosphere here is like no other place where I have worked previously. My favorite thing about working here is that each day is a new adventure and never boring. I also enjoy seeing the success of my students."
Miss Michelle Rosensteel, 2nd Grade
"The atmosphere at ACA is very loving and intimate. I love that I can give a child a hug. I also love being a part of a child's growth in learning - being a stepping stone to their greatness - whether they become a doctor or a writer. Teaching kids is my passion. If I am not teaching here, I'm teaching at church or at dance. My favorite thing about teaching is the kids. They are my world."
Mrs. Susan (Sue) Stoner, 3rd Grade
"I have been in the field of education for 17 years and it is my awesome privilege to watch God at work in the lives of the students. They (the students) teach ME something every day! The reason I love teaching here is because the Holy Spirit is at work in this place."
Mark 10:15 What I'm about to tell you is true. Anyone who will not receive God's kingdom like a little child will never enter it.
Mrs. Barbara Sphon, 4th Grade
"I believe that one can choose and accomplish any career in life, regardless of their age or circumstances. I have always loved school and children. I believe teaching should be for the child and not for the system. I love this school and have been here for 12 years. I have so many fond memories of the children here that there are too many to list."
Mrs. Heather Washabaugh, 5th Grade
"I believe students cannot all learn the same way, which is why our curriculum is so nice. I can try multiple avenues to see which one best works for each class. Finding this position was a blessing from God. Once you experience the unity of staff and the love and care from those around you, it's hard to imagine working at any other place."
